BelGIE Rating: A1 Has Best Mobile Internet and Biggest Number of Base Stations in Belarus

A1 is at the helm of the BelGIE 2025 rating, ensuring the best quality of data transmission among telecom providers in Belarus. BelGIE is a state enterprise engaged in monitoring the quality of mobile telecom services.

BelGIE experts perform drive tests to assess the quality of mobile services. The enterprise sends its specially equipped vehicles along the routes all over the country, with the purpose of measuring the crucial parameters of mobile network operation.

In 2025, the monitoring covered the entire country, including cities, small towns, villages, and all types of roads. The overall length of the routes exceeded 358,000 km (1,300 km per day on the average), including 74,600 km of roads. This means that A1 users have access to the best mobile Internet connection wherever they are.

A1 Belarus has shown the best results across parameters assessing the quality of data transmission. According to BelGIE, not only has A1 maintained its leadership position in terms of data transmission, but it has also greatly increased (+28% compared to 2024) its throughput capacities by improving its mobile service infrastructure. These efforts contributed to the company's stellar results which demonstrate A1's commitment to improving the quality of data transmission.
