А1 released a series of comics I Can See!
By the end of the charitу project I Can See! carried out by Belarusian Children Fund and A1 from 2016 to 2020 A1 released a series of comics about a schoolgirl Alesya, her superglasses and friends. It consists of two volumes of an adventurous story that have been already published separately in November and December 2019 and now the final part. OZ is the partner of a series of comics I Can See! Just as two previous volumes, collection of comics will be distributed free of charge via it’s bookstore chain in 12 Belarusian cities.

The said comics is tailored for children above 10. In the first volume released in November the readers meet main character Alesya and watch how her life transforms into a fantastic detective story once she finds an old diary of her grandfather and unusual spectacles. In the second volume presented in December 2019 the girl sets out on a journey together with her classmates for an excursion to the park of ancient stones and happens to be on a spaceship. In the third volume released now the friends come back to school and meet an alien. Absorbing adventures of the characters come along with thematic riddles and special visual exercises.

Starting from 2 March a collection of comics I Can See! and it’s denouement is available in OZ stores across the country: in Baranovichy (ul. Lenina 4), Bobruisk (ul.Oktyabrskaya 151B-18), Brest (bulvar Kosmonavtov 40), Gomel (pr. Lenina 34, pr. Rechitsky 5B), Grodno (ul. Sovetskaya 18), Minsk (pr. Pobeditilei 3), Mogilev (ul. Leninskaya 85), Molodechno (ul. Prititskogo 4), Orsha (ul. Lenina 17), Pinsk (ul. Lenina 28), Polotsk (pr. Franciska Skorini 7), Soligorsk (ul. Zheleznodorozhnaya 30).

The number of hard copies of the comics is limited, however, I Can See! organizers made sure that all those willing to could read it online. Besides, viber also makes it easy to get to better know all characters, there is a special series of stickers I Can See! designed for the messenger.
The story is created by members of creative association Contemporary Comics Nikita Sennikov and Olga Aldanova. They represent the only in our country association of all Belarusian authors popularizing comics culture in native language.

I Can See! is a unique charitable project aimed at vision diagnostics and ophthalmologic aid to children in rural areas. It is realized by Belarusian Children Fund and A1 under support of Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Belarus. Between 2016 and 2019 doctors monitored 51 474 schoolers in Mogilev, Gomel, Brest and Vitebsk oblasts.
