A1 purchases the provider's assets in Soligorsk
A1, the provider of telecom, ICT and content services, has entered into an agreement with Multiservisnaya Set for providing services for the subscribers of the Soligorsk provider from August 18, 2020. This will relate to both residentials and legal entities who use Ethernet.
Thus, Multiservisnaya Set subscribers will be transferred to A1's tariff plans starting from the above-mentioned date. The tariff plan transfer will occur automatically. All the subscribers will be provided with special service conditions as a bonus.

ON CHANGES IN THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SERVICES
Starting from 08/18/2020, the provision of services at the tariffs of Multiservisnaya Set LLC will be discontinued, users will be transferred to tariff plans of the Combi line, which include home Internet and TV services. At the same time, the speed of home Internet will increase significantly, the set of additional services and equipment provided will be expanded, compared to the previous tariffs of Multiservisnaya Set LLC.
Besides the home Internet and TV, Combi tariff line, which users of Multiservisnaya Set LLC will be transferred to, includes an option to connect up to three subscriber numbers to No Limits, the most popular A1 mobile tariff plan, at a special price or free of charge depending on the tariff option.
As a bonus, subscribers of Multiservisnaya Set LLC from among private entities will be provided with special discounts on the subscription fee for a period of six to nine months, depending on the previous tariff plan used, which will at first allow subscribers to pay for the Combi tariff at the price of their current Multiservisnaya Set LLC tariff.

The provision of equipment will be governed by the terms of the new tariff plans.
Digital television broadcast will be powered by the VOKA video service platform from 08/19/2020. Subscribers who watched digital TV using TV-tuners issued before 08/18/2020 need to replace the equipment with advanced Redbox TV-tuners to continue using the service. Free replacement will be carried out from 08/19/2020. You can get detailed information by dialing 150 (toll-free call for all networks of operators within the Republic of Belarus).

The exclusive ownership of the Wi-Fi routers issued by Multiservisnaya Set LLC, which will be in use by subscribers at the time of transition, is to be transferred to A1. This being said, the devices shall remain with customers for further operation with an option of their subsequent replacement.
From 08/18/2020, the procedure for the provision of the Pause service (suspension of the Internet access service) will be altered, and the provision of the Static IP address service will be terminated. The cost of switching to a lower cost tariff plan will amount to 3 rubles and 00 kopecks including VAT.
Moreover, starting from 08/18/2020, some additional changes in service will come into force:
PERSONAL ACCOUNT
The new Personal Account will be available from 08/18/2020 at my.A1.by (Home and office Internet tab).
To enter, use your Client Number as a username.
CLIENT NUMBER
The client number is used to access the Personal Account and pay for services. Please note that the client numbers of some subscribers from among private entities will be changed on 08/18/2020. You can browse through the list of changed client numbers by clicking the link. If you did not find your client number in the list, it remains unchanged.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Starting from 08/18/2020, the option of paying for services via the EasyPay payment system, the WEBMONEY settlement system, as well as via Mobile payment services will be suspended.
From 08/18/2020, payments must be made using the SSIS by any means convenient: Internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, self-service kiosks, PPC, Belpochta RUE.

RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATION EXECUTION

ON CHANGES IN THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SERVICES
On August 18, 2020, legal entities will be transferred to the tariff plans of the A1's Office Internet line. This line is designed specifically for business customers and includes tariffs with a flexible choice of speeds, as well as such additional options as: Round-the-clock speed, Backup channel, IT support, etc.
As a bonus, customers from among legal entities will be provided with special discounts for a period of up to six months, depending on the previously chosen tariff plan, reducing the cost of the new tariff plan to the level of the current tariff of Multiservisnaya Set LLC.
The Static IP address service will continue to be provided to customers who have used it before, while the IP address used will be replaced. From 08/18/2020, the provision of digital television services to legal entities will be discontinued. The Video Surveillance service will continue to be provided by Multiservisnaya Set LLC.
Wi-Fi routers that are in use by subscribers at the time of transition shall remain in their possession for further operation with an option of equipment replacement.

The new Personal Account will be available at my.A1.by (Home and office Internet tab). To enter, use your Client Number as a username; the password remains unchanged.
CLIENT NUMBER
The client number is used to access the Personal Account and pay for services. Please note that the client numbers of some subscribers from among legal entities will be changed on 08/18/2020. Subscribers will be able to see the current client number and contract number in the invoice for services rendered for August 2020.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At the beginning of each month, an invoice for the services rendered will be sent to your company's email or mailing address. To pay for services after 08/18/2020, use the following banking details:
