"In Sync With A1: Minutes of Kindness" Initiative by A1 and National Football Stadium
On 11 August, the National Football Stadium hosted quite an unusual launch of the sports and charity initiative "In Sync With A1: Minutes of Kindness". Instead of a traditional press conference for mass media and bloggers, it was decided to hold an energy-pumping cycling practice. The project's main idea was that every minute spent doing sports means real help for kids.

With "In Sync With A1: Minutes of Kindness", physical activity becomes a great way to do good and help kids. The raised money will be donated to the Belarusian Children's Fund to help kids in difficult circumstances.
Anyone, regardless of their age, place of living or level of physical fitness, can join the initiative online from 12 to 23 August. To enroll, you need to sign up on dabro.a1.by, read the participation rules, select your preferred type of physical activity (running, yoga, fitness, walking, dancing, etc.), and record your training time in any fitness tracker. Finally, you need to upload a screenshot with your result to your personal account on dabro.a1.by.
The goal is to reach 1,000,000 of "minutes of kindness". 50 participants with the best results will get HONOR Band 9 fitness bands from HONOR, a global tech giant and the project's sponsor.
"This initiative brings together sports enthusiasts who realize that every help counts. Children need to know that people are ready to do concrete things for them. It's an informal, heartwarming form of support where movement becomes the language of participation. It's nice to see that the initiative had such an energetic start and was vastly covered by our media outlets and bloggers. This boosts involvement and shows the importance of doing good deeds by setting an example," says Liudmila Kondrashova, Director of the Belarusian Children's Fund.
The initiative will end with an epic sports event at the National Football Stadium, which will host a one-day celebration of kindness, healthy lifestyle, and sports. The program will include a variety of exciting master classes, practices, challenges, and interactive locations for more than 20 sports. Every minute spent doing sports will count towards the 1,000,000-minute goal through QR codes.

"For the National Football Stadium and me personally, it's a great honour to be a part of this amazing initiative. It's more than just a sports event. It's a movement with a deep meaning that unites people who want to make a difference. We believe that sports is an inspiring power that can help you achieve practically anything. It's great to see how minutes of kindness are translated into real help for children in difficult situations. Our stadium is a place for celebrating both sports and good deeds. We invite everyone to move in sync with kindness," points out Alexander But-Gusaim, Director of the National Football Stadium.
"In Sync With A1" goes in line with A1's long-time dedication to sustainable development and social responsibility. The initiative makes part of the company's ESG strategy which includes charitable, inclusive, and educational programs. It encourages participation of people with disabilities and those for whom physical activity is a way of overcoming barriers.
