A1 banking, USSD and SMS: how A1 customers can assist charities
А1 enabled its customers to transfer donations to a dedicated short number for a favor of Belarusian charities via A1 banking, USSD request or sms. No fee is applied to any charitable transfer.
Donations can be made via A1 banking app in the section Good Deed using any bank card linked to the account or transferring funds directly from the customer account. Donations cannot exceed 100 BYN a month. Customers of any Belarusian mobile operators are able to transfer funds from bank cards via A1 banking app.
Upon delivery of sms to a special short number donated amount is charged from the customer account, however, it is fixed and makes up BYN 2. By sending a USSD request you are able to choose either BYN 2, or BYN 5 or BYN 10.
Transfers from customer accounts are available to subscribers of any consumer A1 tariff plans (except for PRIVET line). At that, customer account shall be active for outgoing calls, sms and mobile data. Once transaction is completed a confirmation is sent to the customer. List of beneficiaries for potential donations:
