At the height of the season of summer holidays velcom informs you on simplification of the procedure of roaming activation and deactivation for legal entities. The changes announcedearlier, come into force as of today.

We remind you that it is possible to activate the following services on your own:

  • International calls– by means of the USSD request *141*3*1 # and a call key, Customer Care Automatic Service 411-3 (CCAS)
  • International roaming– by means of the USSD request *141*3*2 # and a call key, Customer Care Automatic Service 411-3 (CCAS)
  • SMS roaming– by means of an SMS message with the keyword roam to 411
  • SMS2e-mail/e-mail2SMS– by means of an SMS message with the keyword еm regi to 511

Moreover, subscribers of legal entities can activate all the listed services on the site of Customer Care Internet Servicehttps://internet.velcom.byprovided CCIS access is activated.
Additional information can be received when calling company’s reference and information services 411 or +375(017) 222-49-01 (for calls from a mobile phone tariffing is effected according to the tariff plan).
