One more sales and services centre open in the new design in Mogilev

The renewed velcom sales and service centre in Mogilev, located in 32 Pushkensky Ave., opened its doors to the first visitors last Thursday! FE “VELCOM” staff members, representatives of the local Mass Media and the partners of the company were present at the opening ceremony.

The modern style and interior of the centre represent an absolutely new approach towards the style of work areas, windows view and placing, décor elements and illumination. The office has become really spacious and cozy after the redesign. Due to the absence of work areas front placing there is more free space for visitors who can now look at the telephones, smartphones, 3G-modems and netbooks displayed on demonstration panels without the adviser’s assistance.

- Today in order to make his/her choice it is very important and comfortable for the buyer to test the device and hold it in his/her hands – and we give him/her such an opportunity, -commented on the office changes Irina Savina, Manager of the Retail Sales Department of  FE “VELCOM”. – 21 out of 67 velcom sales and services centers already work in the new design. And before the end of this year the number of redesigned centers is planned to reach its half as in every part of Belarus the subscribers should feel that their communication operator values its customers and takes care of them!

As usually the visitors of the centre can make use of all operator’s services: getting advice on the ideal tariff plan choice, activation of additional services, selection of a telephone and paying for mobile communication services.
