120,000 Spectators: Massive Concert for Minsk City Day

The big concert to celebrate Minsk City Day has brought together a mind-blowing crowd of 120,000 people! The event was organised by the Minsk City Executive Committee, with support from A1.

On 13 September, a spectacular stage near Sports Palace in Minsk hosted both aspiring Belarusian performers and iconic artists. MOT, the event headliner, made the crowd chant his hits in unison. The star-packed concert was followed by a breathtaking fireworks show in the honour of the beautiful city of Minsk.

After the fireworks, the stage was taken by the DJ duo Swanky Tunes. Needless to say, it was the cherry on top of an already incredible night!

The celebration sparked the interest of thousands of spectators who came to vibe to their favourite songs and congratulate Minsk on its 958th birthday. The attendance was so high that some of the audience enjoyed the show from across the road from Sports Palace, on the other bank of the Svisloch River, and on the rooftop terraces of the surrounding buildings.

And with many spectators posting videos from the event on social media, lots of people had a chance to watch the concert online.
