        Detailed Reports allow to get full information about calls, texts, MMS and data usage (date and time of a call/SMS/MMS, call duration, internet sessions, dialed numbers, charges).

        Detailed Reports Monthly
        Detailed reports are delivered with invoices monthly according to the selected delivery method:

        • by mail;
        • by e-mail (You can get reports in PDF or Excel+PDF).

         

        Current Month Detailed Report is provided one-time for the period from the 1st of the month till the day prior to the date of report request. E.g. if you order a report on the 12th of December you will get information for the period from 1st to 11th of December.

        Prior Period Report is provided one-time for a month, followed by two closed payroll periods.

        Detailed reports specify date and time of a call/SMS/MMS, call duration, internet sessions, dialed numbers, charges). In roaming information about the incoming call is provided as well.

        Monthly Report is available for all A1 customers (except for PRIVET customers).
        Reports on Current/Prior Periods are available to all A1 customers.

        How to activate/deactivate:

        • via My A1;
        • in A1 centers* (you'll need to provide your passport).

        To receive reports you should apply in a A1 center with a passport. Reports for the current period and prior period are charged.

        You can view detailed reports on the current period / 6 prior months in My A1 free of charge.

         

        * In case of absense of A1 centers in your area, you can apply in dealer sales points.
