International Calls

The service allows making outgoing calls outside the Republic of Belarus.
To make an international call from an A1 network mobile phone, dial the country code + city code (or mobile network code) + subscriber number. To clarify the code of the required city outside the Republic of Belarus, you can contact the information service of Beltelecom RUE at 153 (the call is paid). Categories of international calls and breakdown by country: CIS - Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine; Europe - Austria, Albania, England (Great Britain), Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Denmark (also Faroe Islands), Ireland, Iceland, Spain (also Canary Islands) , Italy (Vatican), Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (also Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia , Finland, France (also Corsica), Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia; Other countries - all other countries not listed in the CIS and Europe category.
A call to a satellite phone (number) from the Republic of Belarus is charged as an International call (direction - Other countries). Satellite numbers have prefixes:
- +870, +871, +872, +873, +874 - INMARSAT satellite system;
- +881 - Global Mobile Satellite System;
- +882 – Global dialing code without geographical reference (International Networks).
The service is automatically assigned to new subscribers of the company. For subscribers of the “Privet” tariff plan line, the “International Calls” service is already included in the basic set of services.
The service is provided to all subscribers of the company.
The legal entity clients can manage the service in one of the following ways:
- Personal account (Administrator and Subscriber access level);
- in the voice menu 150;
- on the basis of a client's application sent to the e-mail address legal@a1.by or through the А1 Belarus community in Viber;
- on the basis of a client's application submitted to a company’s sales and service center or to the office of official agents.
For subscribers of tariff plans of the WEB line, the possibility of deactivating the service via USSD and voice menu 150 is not provided.
Prices for goods and services are indicated in Belarusian rubles including VAT.
