Detailed information

Minutes included into the packages will not be expended at calls between employees of a legal entity (within Closed Subscriber Group); also, at calls to’ favourite’ numbers.

50, 150, 450 minutes to all networks will be expended after the minutes included into the plan.

Subscribers-physical persons, including subscribers to an individual corporate program, and legal entities, other than users of plans for Internet, telemetry, and PRIVET, Comfort XL plans.

The Minutes Package will be granted for 30 days and automatically extended for the subsequent period. The service cost will be written off in full at the package connection/change, and further every 30 days.

The service will not be disconnected at the plan change if it is available on a new one. In such case, the minutes package balance will be preserved.

The subscriber fee for No Limit To All Networks will be written off lump sum at connection and further in full on the 1st date of each month.

You can connect to and use simultaneously only one of the minutes packages for one number.

How to activate/deactivate:

  • in velcom centers or in dealer sales points.
