You can activate the “Mobile vacancies” service at any time using one of the following methods:
- send an SMS with any text (except for the word “Стоп” or “Stop”) to the short number 8822;
- dial a USSD request *822#
- register on the website jobsms.by
When registering on the website jobsms.by, you need to select the A1 operator, enter your phone number, select the categories of vacancies of interest, wait for a free SMS from the short number 8822 with a confirmation code and enter it in the corresponding field.
After connecting to the “Mobile vacancies” service, you will receive a welcome SMS with brief information about the service, its cost, password to the website and how to disable the service.
After connecting to the “Mobile vacancies” service, you will receive SMS notifications of new vacancies in your categories of vacancies of interest. If you are interested in a vacancy from a received message, you can open its detailed description on the website. To do this, click on the link to the vacancy in the SMS. When clicking on the link, you will need to complete the login procedure by entering your phone number and your password on the website.
On the website, you can independently search for vacancies. The division of vacancies into categories, search by keyword, search by region and city will help you in this.
You can add vacancies you liked to your favourites, so that later you can easily find these vacancies in the “Favourite Vacancies” section of your personal account.
In your personal account, you can see your phone number, change the password and unsubscribe from the service. You can also manage your categories of vacancies of interest, add and remove vacancies by checking and unchecking the relevant categories in the “Change vacancies categories” section of your personal account. You can see all vacancies in the categories you have chosen in the “My vacancies” section of your personal account. For the convenience of your search, you can use the search by keyword, as well as the search by region and city.
You can also add categories to favourites by sending an SMS with the number of the category of interest to the number 8822. After sending an SMS with the category number, the subscriber receives an information message that the selected category has been added, as well as information that categories can be managed in the personal account or added via SMS to the number 8822. (Categories via SMS can be added only one at a time.)
The service is available to all A1 subscribers (including prepaid subscribers).
How to connect
To connect to the service, send an SMS with any text (except for СТОП or STOP) to the number 8822 or a USSD request *822# call. Outgoing SMS to 8822 and USSD-requests to *822# are free. After connecting to the service via SMS, immediately after receiving a welcome SMS with brief information about the service, the subscriber receives an SMS suggesting to select a category of vacancies of interest in the response message or on the website in your personal account.
You can also connect to the service via the jobsms.by: website: you will need to select the A1 operator and enter your phone number in the international format, select your categories of vacancies of interest and enter the confirmation code received in an SMS from the number 8822 in the corresponding field.
How to disable
To disable the service, you can choose any of the options:
- send an SMS with the text “STOP” or “СТОП” to 8822.
- dial the USSD request *822*0#.
- in your personal account in the “Unsubscribe” section.
Requests to numbers 8822 and *822*0# are not charged.
You will be notified of a successful disconnection from the service by a free SMS message.
You can use the Mobile Jobs service for free for one day when you connect to the service for the first time. Starting from the second day, the subscription cost will be 0.30 rubles. per day.
USSD request *822# and SMS to short number 8822 are not charged. When you go to the website jobsms.by, the volume of information received/transmitted will be paid separately, according to your tariff plan and the volume of connected services.
The subscription cost is not charged when using the “Pause” service and in case of financial blocking. If the blocking period exceeds 15 days, the service is disabled.
