The "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" packages allow you to use the enabled Internet traffic in roaming. "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB" can be activated separately, together with the "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" package or with one of the "30 min Roaming" packages.+20 SMS", " Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS", " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS", "Roaming 60 min + 40 SMS (RF)" or " Roaming 120 min + 60 SMS (RF)".
One of three voice packets can be activated at the same time: "Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS", " Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS».
One of three voice packages: "Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS", " Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS " can be simultaneously activated with one of the "Roaming 60 min" packages.+40 SMS (RF)" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS (RUSSIAN FEDERATION)".
The "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB" and "Roaming 3 GB", packages can be activated separately or with one of the voice packages.
The "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" package can be connected with one of the voice packages, as well as with one of the "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB" and "Roaming 3 GB" packages. If two Internet packages are available simultaneously, the traffic included in the "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" package is consumed first if the customer is on the corresponding network.
The services "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1,5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" are provided in partner networks, you can find the list below or via USSD *141*3*2*4# call key.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend:
- check the availability of the package in the country you plan to visit;
- specify the name of the operator in the network where it is possible to use the package;
- select the preferred roaming network manually in your phone settings.

"Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1,5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB","Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" is available for A1 customers (except for prepaid tariffs customers) if International Roaming or SMS Roaming and Internet Access are active.
"Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1,5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" packages is disabled on the last day of service active period.
Services International Сalls and International Roaming will be activated along with the package in case they are not available at the time of package activation. When the roaming package is disabled, the services International Сalls and International Roaming are not automatically deactivated. Services are managed by the subscriber in My A1 application and other self-service systems of the company.
"Roaming 500 MB" and "Roaming 1,5 GB" data can be used within 7 days and nights from activation (including activation day) and traffic "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" package – within 30 days. Therefore we recommend to enable the service right before you are leaving the country. After 7 days and nights the unused data is canceled for Roaming 500 MB, Roaming 1,5 GB and after 30 days for "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" package. Data you use above "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1,5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB" packages is charged according to the current roaming rates.
"Roaming 500 MB" – 0.15 BYN/1MB with VAT,
"Roaming 1.5 GB" - 0.10 BYN/1MB with VAT,
"Roaming 3 GB" - 0.10 BYN/1MB with VAT.
Traffic used above the packages "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" is charged at 1 kopeck per 1 MB with a billing step of 1 KB.
Packages are available to customers with a monthly fee tariff plans, except for non-voice tariff plans and the prepaid plans.
To enable/disable roaming data packages use one of the following options:
- in My A1 app after you login to the app in A1 network;
- via USSD *141*3*2*3# call key;
- via My A1;
- in A1 centers or in dealer sales points.
Services International Сalls and International Roaming will be activated along with the package in case they are not available at the time of package activation.
When the roaming package is disabled, the services International Сalls and International Roaming are not automatically deactivated. Services are managed by the subscriber in My A1 application and other self-service systems of the company.
"Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1,5 GB" is automatically terminated after 7 days, "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" after 30 days and nights.
