Use incoming/outgoing minutes and SMS with Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS, Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS and Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS, Roaming 60 min.+ 40 SMS (RF) and Roaming 120 min.+ 60 SMS (RF). The "500 MB Roaming", "1.5 GB Roaming" and "1 GB in A1 and RF networks" packages for data in roaming can be added to any of the packages.
One of three voice packets can be activated at the same time: "Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS", " Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS». One of three voice packages:
"Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS", " Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS " can be simultaneously activated with one of the "Roaming 60 min" packages.+40 SMS (RF)" or " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS (RUSSIAN FEDERATION)".
The "500 MB Roaming" and "1.5 GB Roaming" packages can be connected separately or with one of the voice packages. Pack "1 GB networks A1 and RF" can be connected with one of the voice packets, as well as one of the "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB".
In the simultaneous presence of two Internet data traffic included in the package "1GB in A1 and networks of the RF" is spent in the first place, if the сustomer is in the respective network.
Packages "Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" and " Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS", "Roaming 120 min. + 60 SMS (RF)" are automatically renewed with traffic
The period of providing the "Roaming" package is 60 minutes.+40 SMS (Russian Federation)" - 30 days without automatic renewal;
The customer is provided with 40 incoming minutes during a calendar month in the networks of operators of the Russian Federation regardless of the fact of activation/availability of the package «Roaming 60 min + 40 SMS (RF)», «Roaming 120 min + 60 SMS (RF)». This volume of traffic is included in the subscription fee of the tariff plan and has priority use.
Roaming offers per-minute pricing.
After using up the enabled minutes and SMS, traffic is charged at roaming rates according to the subscriber's tariff plan.
A1 customers (except for prepaid tariffs customers).
To enable/disable roaming packages use one of the following options:
- in My A1 app after you login to the app in velcom network;
- via USSD *141*3*2*3# call key;
- via My A1;
- in A1 centers or in dealer sales points.
Services International Сalls and International Roaming will be activated along with the package in case they are not available at the time of package activation. When the roaming package is disabled, the services International Сalls and International Roaming are not automatically deactivated. Services are managed by the subscriber in My A1 application and other self-service systems of the company.
You can disable Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS and Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS, Roaming 60 min.+ 40 SMS (RF) and Roaming 120 min.+ 60 SMS (RF) using one of the options above (except for My A1 app).
