The service is provided to all legal entities - corporate clients of the company, individual entrepreneurs, users of all GSM tariff plans.

Radioplanning allows arranging A1 technician's visit at the address and time specified by the client for carrying out the following services:

  • measurement of 3/4G Internet connection speed (download speed, upload speed) and signal direction (azimuth);
  • signal level measurement (GSM 900/1800, UMTS 900/2100);
  • providing recommendations for purchasing equipment options to expand the Wi-Fi network.

Network Access is a service for a paid visit of a technical specialist to connect a set of equipment to a mobile communication network and provides for:

  • pulling the cable between the subscriber terminal and the amplifying antenna;
  • cable pulling between the subscriber terminal and the Customer's terminal equipment;
  • connection and installation of a subscriber terminal (installation of a SIM card, connection setup, configuration of a local connection, wireless Wifi network, performance check);
  • connection of amplifiers of wireless Wifi network;
  • setting up a connection on a client device (terminal subscriber device).
  • For services delivery it is necessary to issue an application on company letterhead. Sample applications for services are at link for Radioplanning and Network access.
  • Services are provided up to 10 business days from the date of getting the application.
  • Upon the fact of delivering the service, the Report for provided services is drawn up and signed.

The quality of the provided communication, including the speed of data transmission / reception, may vary depending on the technical characteristics of the terminal, local topography, weather conditions, network congestion and the load of the cell in which the subscriber is registered, in basements, under the influence of high-altitude interference and due to other reasons beyond the control of the Company.
